We can meet to discuss details about design.  Once we come up with something you like, we work with professional designers to come up with a stamped drawing that works for you.

Using the building plans we come up with the specific wall units that we need to manufacture at our Welland location.  We load and transport the wall units to the building site and unload them into position onto the foundation.  The doors and windows are framed in between the wall units. The walls are then ready for a roof!

As part of the package we are also able to finish the walls with a final coat (1/4") of plaster as well as paint it with the appropriate paint (silicate based to allow for vapour permeability).  If a stuccoed finish is not your style we can build the wall units with wood strapping in order to attach virtually any type of cladding.

Although our main focus is on wall systems, we are able to collaborate with other builders to complete a full build from start to finish allowing for a more streamlined completion of the building.
