The Madoc Splash Pad Washroom was designed and built by Ian Weir and Trevor Kenopic to service the splash pad located adjacent to it.  It was designed to have a low impact on the environment and boasts the following features: locally sourced straw bale for the walls, a rainwater harvesting system, excellent daylighting, motion and photo sensitive light switches, earth plaster exterior, and waterless urinals. Building was completed in early 2009.
