This project consists of creating an enclosure for a potato storage facility and a work shop.  All the straw for the project comes from the fields adjacent to the building.  Normally we would build the walls at our manufacturing facility, but in order to reduce the impact of transporting the walls, we built the walls on site.

About the Images

Our thermal walls systems can either be used as "load bearing" or as "in-fill".  In the case of this project, the walls are placed between the steel posts and therefore are classified as "in-fill".

The total size of the area we are enclosing is 6400 sqft.  The west wall is 12' and the east wall is 25' in height.
